PRESCHOOL CLASSES
Our preschool Dipper Program is where your child's love of gymnastics will take root! In these classes (for children age 2 to 5) participants will develop balance, agility, hand-eye coordination, and the basics of gymnastics.
Each month, Dipper classes have a theme week, a skill focus where children can earn a gold medal, and new lesson plans each week to keep classes fresh and exciting!
Little Comets

Our Little Comets class (available only in our Smyrna location) is a parent and child class designed to help parents direct their child through beginning gymnastics skills. This is a great opportunity to get quality time with your child while learning motor skills and building strength.
Classes last 40 minutes and have an incredible 8:1 student to instructor ratio. Classes use a curriculum developed right here in Rutherford County by some of our industry's top professionals. Little Dippers

Our Little Dippers program is an amazing place for children ages 2 th r ough 3.5 years to start learning the basics of gymnastics in an independent environment . Little Dippers can help your child enhance motor development, increase coordination, and improve listening skills - all while working on their ability to learn from vocal instruction!

Big Dippers

Our Big Dippers program is an amazing place for children ages 3.5 through 5 to start learning and developing basic gymnastics. Big Dippers is also an outstanding environment for children to
learn skills that they will be able to carry with them into preschool or kindergarten. Some examples include: being able to walk with a class in line, improving listening skills, and learning from vocal instruction. Big Dippers also enhances fine motor skills, coordination, and strength.
Classes last 50 minutes and have a 7:1 student to instructor ratio.

Advanced Big Dippers

Mini Mites is geared toward Little Dipper aged students who are not yet old enough for a Big
Dipper class but could benefit from a more challenging environment than a typical Little Dipper class can provide. While this class still uses Little Dipper equipment, stations and skills are adjusted to challenge and enhance your child’s gymnastics development.

Mighty Mites

Our Developmental Program begins in our Mighty Mite classes us our USAG Compulsory Level 3 team. No guarantee is granted to our competitive team in a child begins in Mighty Mites. Children will go through a series of evaluations within their class time to determine readiness to progress.
From here, girls will be invites to All Stars, Divas, or Training Team.
